The work connects prospective manufacturer and developer partners across Asia, North America and Europe with investors in hospitality and technology. Each project remains subject to review, approvals and funding.

Abuja villa resort
An intimate city retreat. Modular steel villas, generous open living spaces, a lake and an artificial beach in the heart of Abuja.
Two days walking the land and shaping the villa layout set the starting point. Prime was consulted to help translate that vision into a carefully coordinated resort development, bringing international design and manufacturing expertise to a distinctly Nigerian setting.

Mega Hilton Hotels
A landmark hospitality property with a new chapter ahead. A considered return to luxury, international guest standards and Warri’s business community.
Closed for more than a decade, Mega Hilton Hotels carries the memory of a prominent Warri address. Prime has been consulted to review its renewal, with the intention of reviving the property in 2027 as a welcoming setting for business, visiting professionals and private guests.
