Deye systems delivered through Prime Digital Tek carry the full manufacturer warranty (typically 5 to 10 years on inverters and battery modules), backed by local first-line support, spares logistics, firmware updates and remote diagnostics via Deye Cloud. We do not resell uncertified hardware.
We size each Deye system against measured load profiles, not estimates, to ensure the inverter, battery bank and (where present) generator integration deliver the runtime, autonomy and savings the project requires. Oversizing wastes capital; undersizing destroys warranty. We engineer for the middle path.
